Reflexology treatments are a great way to learn about your body, to have clear clarity of what you need for optimal health, to lower your stress levels, encourage deeper sleep and to keep on top of your health and emotional wellbeing.
The gentle relaxating treatment works on all your systems of the body by applying various levels of pressure on the sole's of your feet on your Reflex points (and painful pressure if not my bag to make changes!)
Just the touch itself feels divine and gives you that timetabled regular 'time out' to help you achieve your 'look after you' goals

Each treatment is tailored to you on that day, listening to your needs via the consultation then listening into what your foot reflexes are showing. If you choose the packages we work a little deeper on setting an intention on the first treatment to help us work together to make a much more significant change for you over time.
