You’ve been holding it all together for a long time
Carrying the emotional weight, physical changes and major life transitions often without stopping to ask how you are coping - Like so many women, you just keep going.
Even when exhaustion, anxiety, brain fog, or irritability make everyday life feel harder than it should. Until one day… something shifts.
Your energy disappears.
Sleep becomes restless or impossible.
Anxiety feels louder.
You don’t feel like you anymore.
Small things suddenly feel overwhelming.
This isn’t a personal failing, it’s a hormonal transition
Perimenopause and menopause bring powerful hormonal shifts that affect your brain, emotions, memory and stress response often years before periods stop, and even when cycles are still regular. These changes frequently collide with other transitions:
-
Caring for everyone else
-
Burnout or career pressure
-
Identity shifts
-
Late-diagnosed neurodivergence such as ADHD or autism
-
For neurodivergent women, hormonal changes can intensify overwhelm, sensory sensitivity, anxiety and emotional exhaustion, making it feel as though everything has become harder overnight.
This is real, you’re not imagining it.
On HRT but still not feeling right?
HRT can be incredibly supportive and sometimes it’s only part of the picture the missing link may be your nervous system. When hormones fluctuate, your nervous system can remain stuck in survival mode. Even with HRT, this can keep anxiety high, sleep disrupted, emotions raw and rest out of reach.
Support that works with your whole system
I support women through hormonal transitions by working with:
-
Hormonal change and life-stage transitions
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional shifts
-
Late-diagnosed neurodivergence and sensory needs
So you can move through life transitions feeling calmer, clearer and more like yourself again.
You’ve supported everyone else
Now let me support you.

Reflexology Hereford & Hay on Wye
Women's health is my passion...
Inspired as a child watching my mum receive Reflexology in our living room, I trained as a Reflexologist in 2004, ran a clinic for over 20 years, starting in Nottingham, to now practising in the beautiful Welsh countryside and in Herefordshire.
As a wife, mother of two, and a woman in my 40s, I deeply understand the realities of menopause - anxiety, hormonal shifts and the feeling of losing yourself in the busyness of life. My own journey with anxiety taught me the importance of rest, balance and caring for the nervous system.
Trained in Reflexology, Somatics, Naturopathic Nutrition, Nervous System Regulation and Relaxation therapies, I blend these approaches to support women holistically.
I’ve worked alongside medical professionals in hospice care and co-authored the research paper “An exploration of perceived impact of receiving complementary therapies on service users during the palliative and end-of-life care phase”, witnessing firsthand the powerful impact of combining conventional and complementary approaches.
Today, my mission is to support women through midlife with education, treatments and classes helping move beyond anxiety and fatigue and reconnect with calm, vitality and joy in this powerful new chapter.
