Pre-Payment

Pre-payment is essential to secure your booking, unless another form of payment is agreed with Hayley Holden. Payment details are sent to you via email on your first booking. 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if 24 hours BEFORE your treatment time. No refunds are given after this time.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required, if you wish to cancel, alter or postpone your appointment with me. If you do not give 24 hours notice  you will be charged for the full treatment amount and this will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment.  This includes ‘forgotten’ appointments, so please ensure you make a reasonable note/reminders to help you remember.  If you require help with this, please ask when we meet.  

 

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend the treatment if you give 24 hours notice before your booked appointment you will be offered an alternate appointment to book, depending on availability.
