The focus for the January class will be me guiding you through the exact Somatic technique I have successfully used when stepping into a new year Rather than setting New Year Resolution (which usually only sets me up to fail and feel useless)

​

When I use this method it takes MASSIVE pressure off and I notice much bigger changes because it sets something in a much deeper level than in the logical mind...It is like the cells of the body hear and guide you into the actions you need to fulfill the 'FEELING' you would like more of 

​

Would you like to join me for one hour to gently move so you can:

'Reflect' on what was helpful last year and what was absolutely not

'Refresh' your body into how you would like to start to move into this new year energy, what to keep, introduce or what you know really needs to go

'Reboot' to rewire your nervous system to feel safe with letting go so you can move forward because this is where we hold the hurt and stuck behaviours

I find this super helpful for NEURODIVERGENT, burnout and hormonal brains, it is like things unravel rather than feel forced

Once a month we gather for a Sunday Relaxation, natural stress relief and nervous system regulation for life's stresses and strains in a welcoming warm natural environment to help when your mind is busy, buzzing and overwhelmed, traditional still meditation can feel impossible when your brain won’t stop - That’s why we move first.  It's more fun, helping you engage longer bringing back the natural joy back to your practice.

Through mindful, gentle guided movement, we quiet the noise, release tension, process emotions and prepare the body to rest with ease, with a specific focus on nervous system regulation - Somatic movement helps release stuck 'fascia', the bodies connective tissue unlocking hidden stress, emotional residue and deeply nourishing your busy brain

When your body unwinds, your mind can finally follow.

This class is an amazing companion for anyone navigating talk therapy, trauma healing, or deeper self-exploration and will give you tools you can easily implement at home for continued practice and support.
