Traditionally, Reflexology is hands-on but during the pandemic (and no hands on allowed) I was able to continue to treat people with distance reflexology. Enjoying the same benefits from the comfort of your own home, this is ideal if you have a hospital stay, can't leave home or if you just are not able to attend in personn due to location - this can be recieved anywhere in the world.
Using Zoom, I connect with your energy field remotely, using 21 years of experience to sense and balance reflex points just as I would in person. Many clients report feeling real sensations and deep relaxation during sessions, as if I were right there.
Each session includes a guided meditation to quiet your mind and access your deeper self, helping release limiting beliefs and bring clarity and healing. I may use vocal tones and affirmations to deepen the experience, leaving you feeling calm, supported, and reconnected.

What Happens During a Distance Reflexology Session?
Your session takes place over Zoom, where we connect in real time. You’ll be relaxing in a quiet, comfortable space—ideally lying down with your camera positioned so I can see you.
I begin by tuning into your energy, imagining your feet in front of me as if you were physically in the room. With my hands moving through the air, I work on your reflex points just as I would in a traditional session. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or gentle pressure in the feet or other areas of the body—despite no physical contact.
Throughout the session, I guide you with calming words, gentle breathing, and sometimes healing vocal tones or singing. This helps shift your brain into a relaxed, meditative state (Theta), where your body can begin deep healing and where emotional insight often arises. We may also set intentions or affirmations to support your health and goals, making the experience deeply personal and transformational.
After the session, clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, and more balanced—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
